Nest Pallet-wood Coffee Table

Nest Pallet-wood Coffee Table

This large coffee table came about after a “meditative” assembly of scrap-wood left over from pallets, which I continuously take apart. It began as an octagon but gradually reshaped itself into a more casual structure.
I contemplated using a round or oval shaped glass top, but eventually decided on a square top that will give it more elegance and presence. I'm not exactly sure what made me paint it white, but I'm happy with the result. Visitors have suggested that the shape resembles a nest, the Ramon Crater adjacent to me, a bonfire and a water well.
